Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute company events, including but not limited to promotional activities, incentive programs, online competitions, across various channels.
  • Track and produce promotional materials for events, including but not limited to banners, landing pages, posters, announcements, manuals, etc.
  • Monitor all details during event execution, promptly address various issues, and ensure smooth event operation.
  • Follow up on online event data collection and analysis, provide actionable insights to enhance 
    effectiveness.
  • Conduct effective post-event reviews and continuously optimize company event planning and execution strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on competitors, stay updated on online event trends and industry developments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including front-end and back-end teams, to ensure effective allocation of resources for events.
  • Handle various operational tasks as required. 

Requirements:

  • Preferably major in marketing, media, new media, etc., with experience in forex, blockchain, futures, or related industries being a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese as a working language to work in Dubai.
  • Strong learning ability and innovative thinking, able to quickly adapt to job requirements.
  • Strong skills in online event planning, organization, and execution, familiar with various online platforms and event promotion methods.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal and external parties.
  • Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle work pressure and demonstrate 
    good stress resistance and adaptability.
