Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies within the forex and financial industry. The ideal candidate will focus on driving lead generation, optimizing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance data to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across email, search engines, and other digital platforms.
- Develop content tailored to campaign objectives and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities within the forex and financial markets.
- Evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives through detailed performance analysis.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations based on data.
- SEO & SEM Assistance
- Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Assist with managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, including conducting keyword research and analyzing campaign performance.
- Monitor website analytics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Email Marketing
- Manage email campaigns, including the creation, scheduling, and analysis of performance metrics.
- Optimize email marketing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

- Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through digital channels.
- Website Traffic: Growth in unique visitors and page views due to digital campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
