Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end funding operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the funding processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and client experience. 
  • Manage relationships with external payment vendors, banks, and partners, negotiating agreements and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, reporting to senior management on funding operations and proposing improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT, Compliance, and Finance departments to enhance payment system capabilities and address complex technical or compliance issues.
  • Supervise and mentor the funding team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework to mitigate potential issues in payment processing, including fraud and operational errors.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, proactively addressing any identified gaps.
  • Drive initiatives to improve payment channels, including introducing new methods or systems to cater to client and market needs.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority payment issues, ensuring their resolution while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, including system upgrades and process optimization initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
