HR Manager
*Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management:
- Responsible for Talent acquisition.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
2. Compensation Management:
- Design and adjust compensation structures to ensure competitive pay and alignment with company policies.
3. Employee Relations:
- Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, etc.
- Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, etc.
4. Compliance and Policy:
- Understanding of local labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Regularly review and update HR policies.
5. Other:
- Maintain employee records.
- Responsible for other admin activities.
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management.
- Knowledge of HR functions (Offer letter, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in MS Office knowledge.
