*Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Management:

  • Responsible for Talent acquisition.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.

2. Compensation Management: 

  •  Design and adjust compensation structures to ensure competitive pay and alignment with company policies.

3. Employee Relations:

  •  Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, etc.
  •  Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, performance evaluations, etc.

4. Compliance and Policy:

  •  Understanding of local labor laws and disciplinary procedures. 
  •  Regularly review and update HR policies.

5. Other:

  • Maintain employee records. 
  • Responsible for other admin activities.

*Qualifications:

  1.  Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management.
  2.  Knowledge of HR functions (Offer letter, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  3.  At least 3 years of experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  5. Proficient in English.
  6. Proficient in MS Office knowledge.
