Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies within the Thai-speaking region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the forex and financial industry, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives tailored to regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with global objectives to drive brand awareness and market share.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the region.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management
    • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Event Coordination
    • Plan and manage regional events, such as seminars, workshops, and networking gatherings, to engage potential clients and partners.

  • Digital Marketing & Content Localization
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, tailored to regional preferences.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are culturally relevant and resonate with the local audience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with global marketing teams, sales departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
    • Provide regular updates and insights on regional marketing activities and performance.
  • Budget Management
    • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to various initiatives.
    • Track expenditures and report on budget utilization.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the forex or financial industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
